Every evening, a cultural programme will be organised in which the tribal music and dances will be presented from 6 pm to 8 pm. There will be 60 stalls in which tribal artefacts, handicraft, painting, fabric, jewellery and others articles will be on display for sale. He informed that the festival was organised last month in Delhi where tribal products worth Rs 4.50 crore were sold. Seeing the response, we have now decided to organise such festivals at every state capital. “Only few people are aware that tribals are great artists and their products are worth the money, but they are not proficient in selling their articles in the market. The TRIFED is helping the tribal to sell their products by providing a platform to them”, Krishna said. “Now the TRIFED had decided that the paintings of the tribal will be displayed at the JJ School of Arts Mumbai, a corner will be dedicated for their painting”, he added.
